🌿 1. Custom Production Rules
- If you do not request changes to floral layout, rope material, patterns or decorations, your order will be produced with our unified standard design.
- Any adjustments to flowers, rope texture and decorations must be confirmed with customer service **before production starts**. No changes will be accepted once production begins.
- All items use identical raw materials, specifications and unified floral structure. Slight natural differences in hand arrangement are inevitable; these handmade variations are unique features of handcrafted goods, not defects, and cannot be used for refunds or free replacement.

⏱ 2. Production Cycle
- Production period: **5–8 calendar days starting from your order date (weekends & holidays included)**.
- Shipment will only be arranged after full handmade production is completed; early dispatch during production is not available.

🚚 3. Shipping Information
We will confirm the delivery timeline once your custom‑made item finishes production.
Free door‑to‑door delivery takes 9‑15 days after your goods are shipped out.

⚠️ 4. Cancellation & Refund Rules (global custom goods compliance)
- Full cancellation & full refund are only allowed within 4 hours after checkout, before raw materials are prepared and production starts.
- Once production commences after the 4-hour window, **cancellations and full refunds for changed mind are not accepted**. Custom items are made exclusively for your request and cannot be resold to other buyers, which complies with consumer rules for made-to-order goods worldwide.
- Refunds will not be approved for personal dislike, screen color difference, changed mind, or minor handmade variations.
- If the product has serious quality defects inconsistent with the description, we will provide repair, partial replacement or partial compensation as required by local consumer law.

🛡️ 5. Free Replacement for Transit Damage
- Free replacement only applies to severe structural damage, cracked frame, shattered tempered glass caused strictly by rough shipping handling.
- Minor scratches, small edge dents, damage from improper use or self-modification are not eligible for free reshipment.
- Full unboxing video + clear photos must be submitted within 48 hours after delivery; late claims will be rejected.

LIMITED 12-MONTH WARRANTY - Custom Luminous Coffee Table

This warranty is valid only for the original buyer of our custom-made flower coffee table with legs, shipped worldwide. Warranty lasts 12 months from delivery, covering only factory defects in materials and workmanship.

Friendly Note: This is made-to-order custom goods and cannot be resold once produced. Full returns for personal preference are unavailable. For confirmed factory defects, we provide free replacement parts + free remote video repair guidance to fix your item quickly, without the hassle of returning the whole table.

1. Factory flaws on legs: bent structure, loose base, broken welding from production;

2. Bluetooth speaker & ambient LED lights: factory failure (no power, pairing failure, dead lights);

3. Deformed flower arrangements caused by poor factory assembly.
 
Broken tempered glass during transit must be reported within 48 hours with full packaging photos & videos for replacement.
 
Not covered
 
1. Damage from impact, overload, wrong installation, disassembly, rain or extreme heat;

2. Normal daily scratches, dust and wear over time;

3. Customs detention, extra duties or delays caused by your incorrect shipping address;

4. Requests for full returns due to personal dislike, size expectation differences, or render reference differences.
 
How to get support
 
1. Email us within 7 days with your order number, clear photos/videos, delivery date;

2. We will offer free one-on-one remote video guidance first, and confirm the issue within 3 working days:

- For factory defects: we ship free replacement parts (speaker, lights, glass, legs) at our cost. Part replacement is our primary solution; full order refunds are only considered in extreme cases.

- No on-site service in any country worldwide.

3. We are not responsible for indirect losses beyond the item’s purchase price.
