Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide shipping.
How long is the processing time?
Orders will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Full international tracking is available.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery normally takes 7-15 business days. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or peak shipping seasons.
Can I modify my order or shipping address?
Changes are available via customer service before shipment. No modifications can be made once the package has been dispatched.
How can I track my package?
A tracking number will be provided after shipment. You can check real-time logistics updates in the order tracking page.

Where are your products sourced from?
All of our products are manufactured in China.
What if an item is out of stock?
We will contact you proactively to discuss product replacement, delayed shipment or a full refund.
III. Duties & Customs Clearance
Do I need to pay customs duties?
We are unable to cover any import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees charged by your country's authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient, and can vary based on local regulations and order value. We recommend confirming the applicable charges with your local customs office before completing your purchase.
What if my package is detained by customs?
Please contact our customer service. We will assist you in providing customs documents to help with clearance and release.

What payment methods are supported?

Can coupons and promotions be used together?

V. After-sales & Returns
Can I return products for no reason if I don’t like them?
Due to special customs clearance policies for cross-border goods, shipped items cannot be returned or exchanged without quality issues. For unshipped orders, full refunds are available.
What if my item arrives damaged, missing or incorrect?
Please provide photo evidence within 48 hours after delivery. We will arrange reshipment or refund after verification.
How to handle defective products?

How long does a refund take?
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after review, subject to the processing time of your payment provider.
