2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Using DHL, Fedex or UPS depending on the country. We select the most optimized shipping company for your product to arrive fast and safe.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • You may go to the order tracking page and enter your tracking number to check your package details.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable international couriers to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery times (after processing) are as follows:
  • United States: 5-10 business days
  •  Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe (including France, Germany and all EU member states), Australia, New Zealand, India, Japan, Latin America: 7-15 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 10-25 business days

  • Free Shipping Offer: We offer **free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD** to all eligible destinations. Orders under $50 USD will be charged a standard shipping fee at checkout.
  • Any other free shipping promotions are only valid for standard shipping to eligible locations, as specified in the offer terms.

5. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country's customs authority.
  • These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
