Conditions available for returns and refunds

1. Custom Products (All neon lights & voltage-customized lighting items)

  • All neon lights and lighting products are custom-made. Products will be produced exclusively in line with local voltage standards and your order specifications. Orders can be cancelled free of charge with full original refund before production starts. No cancellation is allowed once production commences. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Custom neon signs are uniquely handmade tailored to buyers' personal requirements. Neon tubes are bent manually without molds, so the finished product may slightly differ from the renderings, which embodies the charm of handcrafted goods.

    No return or exchange is acceptable after render confirmation and payment settlement. We devote great effort to making exclusive neon signs for you. Light color is for reference only and not contractual. We will try our best to match your chosen color.
  • Minu Mart only accepts returns and refunds for defective products. We will strive to resolve issues via repair, replacement, full or partial refund. The final settlement covering product cost and shipping fee shall be determined by us on a case-by-case basis.
  • Replacement Service

    If any lighting product is damaged upon arrival, we will handle the issue properly. Please provide photos of the full package and damaged parts within 24 hours after receipt. We will claim compensation from the logistics provider and send you a brand new replacement.

2.Non-custom products (Note: Not applicable to lamps and customized products)

  • Return period: Free return available within 14 days upon receipt.
  • Return requirement: Goods shall be intact, unused with original packaging, resalable.
  • Return process: Contact customer service to apply → get return address → send back goods personally.
  • Shipping fee: Return freight is borne by buyer, original delivery fee is non-refundable.
  • Refund: Full product payment will be returned on inspection confirmation, excluding initial shipping cost.

Order cancellation

  • You may cancel your order free of charge before production or shipment.
  • Please do not file PayPal or credit card disputes. We will try our best to resolve your issues.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. If you still request cancellation, a 100% storage fee based on the order amount will be charged for lamps and customized products, while a 30%-50% storage fee will apply to other goods. Return shipping costs shall be borne by you. We reserve the right to deduct all incurred shipping fees from your refund.

Order modification

  • You can change your order information (such as colors, dimensions, shipping address, telephone number) within 24 hours.
  • If your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • We will refund for you after receiving the returned item which is eligible for our Return & Refund Policy.
  • The refund will be in your original payment account after the refund operation. (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit card: 3-5 days)
  • The actual amount received by you may differ from your original payment due to exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Any shipping fees you paid are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@minu-mart.com.

Damaged Goods

  • Any product that is received damaged or arrived with a missing part must be reported before installation and within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Please hold on to all packaging materials and wait until an inspection has been done by the shipper.
  • Please inspect all boxes for damages and tell the courier to make remarks on the delivery note if such damage is visible.
  • Products received with broken glass, or dented shades or frames are not considered as defective item and cannot be returned. In such a case, we will provide replacement for glass or shades at no additional charge.
  • If you do not wish to receive a replacement and want to return the item, we will consider it as a normal return shipment and charge restocking fees of up to 35%(Note: Not applicable to lamps and customized products). Return shipping costs are at your expense. We also preserve the right to deduct all outbound shipping from the refund.

Refuse shipments

  • Once your order has been shipped, we cannot stop it. If you refuse to take delivery, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We also preserve the right to deduct all outbound shipping from the refund. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
  • In the event of force majeure (such as damage or defects), please contact our customer service team at service@minu-mart.com immediately and we will give you an appropriate solution.

Receive incorrect item 

  • In this case, we recommend that you first check your order information (correct or not).
  • All shipments with items that were received incorrectly or in error need to be reported to us within 1 week since receipt of the item.
  • In the event of the delivery of an incorrect item, we shall provide the correct product within a period of up to 3 weeks after receiving your email.
  • If you do not want an exchange and insist on returning the item, the order will be treated as a normal return and you will be charged up to 35% for our storage costs(Note: 100% storage fee applies to lamps and customized products). Return shipping costs are at your expense. We also preserve the right to deduct all outbound shipping from the refund.

Restocking Fee

We will charge you a restocking fee if the return period has expired or if the reason for requesting a return within the return period is one of the following reasons. Common scenarios include:

  •  Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  •  Items bought by mistake or no longer needed

We will charge up to 100% of the item’s price as the restocking fee, depending on the return time frame and the condition of the returned item. The following are the restocking fees for different return scenarios(Note: Not applicable to lamps and customized products):

  • If the buyer changes mind about the purchase and returns the product in its original condition within the return period, we will charge 20% of the product amount as restocking fee.
  • The buyer changes their mind and returns the product within the return window received by us is damaged or different, we will charge up to 50% of the product amount as restocking fee.
  • For items that are in their original condition after the return period has expired, we will charge up to 80% of the product amount as a restocking fee.
  • For items that are found to be damaged or non-conforming after the return period has expired, we will charge up to 100% of the product amount as a restocking fee.
