Kismet Ceramics Plug In Pendant Light
The Kismet Ceramics Plug-In Pendant Light reinterprets the pleated ceramic pendant with a fluted cone-shaped shade, a turned walnut wood bead at the neck, and a slim metal hanger. The pleated ribs run vertically from the wood bead to the rim, casting a soft fanned light pattern when lit. Available in three glaze finishes — white, blue, and black — each shade reads like a textile-inspired ceramic accent. The fixture is plug-in swag with two ceiling hooks, a 177-inch braided cord, and an inline on/off switch, so it installs in minutes with no electrician. Measuring 7.8 inches wide by 5.5 inches tall, this small pleated ceramic pendant suits 32–54 sq ft rooms — bedsides, breakfast nooks, kitchen island ends, and reading corners — a plug-in pendant for kitchen island or pleated ceramic pendant for bedroom in Japandi, mid-century modern, and warm minimalist interiors.
Three glaze finishes. Choose at checkout — each pairs the same fluted ceramic shape with the walnut wood bead.
The Kismet works best as a plug-in pendant for kitchen island end (single accent over a 2-seat counter), or as a pleated ceramic pendant for bedroom hung above a nightstand. The 7.8" diameter is intentionally compact — built for 32–54 sq ft rooms, not over dining tables seating 4+. For larger spaces, cluster two or three Kismet pendants at staggered heights, or mix the three color variants for a curated grouping.
The White reads as a soft neutral against any wall color. Blue adds a saturated accent to coastal or boho rooms. Black grounds high-contrast modern or industrial interiors. Pair with walnut or oak furniture, linen textiles, and warm metal hardware. Use the included E12 or E14 candelabra bulb (15W max) — the fluted shade casts a fanned light pattern that highlights the pleating from below.
